I think my clients often underestimate the value of advisors. At this morning's breakfast meeting, T.A. McCann talked about writing an email to investors every two weeks. Meeting with your advisors is a similar process in that it forces entrepreneurs to "honestly assess" where they are, but it's better because it is more interactive.
