Our panel will share personal insights from companies that they have founded and led. Panelists will discuss what it took for them to get started and the lessons that they learned along the path to success. There will be lots of time for your individual questions.

Jill Ginsberg is the founder and President of Thou Shall Snack®. Inspired by her grandmother's recipes, Jill founded Thou Shall Snack in 2005 in her kitchen to recreate the savory flavors of traditional Jewish foods. The company's first product, Latke Crisps™, shipped in August 2006 and is available in delis, specialty stores and supermarkets nationwide. The company's second product, Babka Bites, began shipping in September 2007. Thou Shall Snack's line of snacks are all-natural, baked and kosher certified. Ameé Quiriconi is the founder of Squak Mountain Stone™. Amee's idea for Squak Mountain Stone started as an economics paper in January 2003. The concept went from paper, to development in Amee's garage, to real product by the end of 2003. Today, she makes handmade Squak Mountain Stone countertops and tabletops out of a small shop in Woodinville. Squak Mountain Stone products are sold in stores around the Western United States, and found in homes and businesses coast to coast.
