Justin Esch invented bacon. Prior to his work at J&D’s Foods Esch worked in a small cubicle at local Seattle start-ups HouseValues.com and Jobster.com. He is a graduate of The Washington State University, where in just under 5 ½ years he earned a BA in History. Justin is currently pursuing admission to the Honorary Order of Kentucky Colonels and is anxiously awaiting reply from the Governor of Kentucky. Originally Col. Esch wanted he and Dave to launch a line of pornographic Christmas Tree Ornaments or Pornaments® but Dave refused so the pair settled on making everything taste like bacon.
